📌 Role Details

Position: Sales Executive

Work Setup: 100% Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT

Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily using company-provided leads.

Engage prospects, identify potential opportunities, and qualify leads.

Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales representatives.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with interested prospects.

Track daily performance and contribute to consistent sales pipeline growth.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Graduates with excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales is a plus.

Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

A target-driven mindset with consistency, discipline, and attention to detail.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 per month.

Monthly Target: 100 qualified meetings.

Performance Adjustment: PKR 500 per qualified meeting above or below the monthly target.

Uncapped Revenue Share: 8% commission on closed revenue generated through your booked meetings, regardless of target achievement.
